Continue taking decisions in life, with the same emotions

For each of us comes a time when certain choices turn out to be life changing. This happened to me when I was 27.

For a young man fresh from Harvard and Goldman Sachs, joining the family business was almost inevitable. In my case it would have meant starting my career in a large and very successful Group. I chose to take a risk: starting from scratch with my own business venture, which at that time was innovative and pioneering in Italy, and certainly risky.

Creating 21 Investimenti meant responding to my gut feeling, using passion and courage, accepting the risks and following my instinct.

It’s what I been doing ever since, and it’s the same emotion, the same sense of challenge, that makes me take on the steepest descents when skiing, and the most difficult ascents in my activity as an entrepreneur.
