Collection of Personal Data – TYPE OF PROVISION AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

• Personal Data: Name, Surname, email address and phone number. These data allow us to contact Users;
• Comments: When you post messages and reviews about the Services or you try to contact us, for example with a question, problem or comment, we collect information about you, including your name and the content of your request.
• Newsletters: When you want to receive updates on the latest posts published on the portal, you must enter an email in order to ensure that the newsletters reach your address. It will also contain links to unsubscribe from it.
• Interaction with support, feedback and social platforms including GooglePlus, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin.
• Displaying content from external platforms such as YouTube
Scope of disclosure and Location of Processing
The user’s personal data will not be communicated outside “The Owner” world without the agreement of the interested party, subject to the following.
Within “The Owner” organisation, the data shall be stored on controlled servers to which access is limited in compliance with prevailing law on the protection of personal data. The servers (located in different areas of Europe including Italy and Berlin) we use are managed by Italian Hosting such as Euroland, Tophost, Giga, Aruba.
DURATION OF PROCESSING
The processing has a duration that shall not be longer than the time required to fulfill the purposes for which the data has been collected in compliance with applicable provisions of law.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that some websites send to the user’s hard drive when visiting the site. The following website is designed to be used also by youngers under the age of 18 as it presents purely educational and cultural contents. Therefore, the user’s age of majority is not required during registration.
