Collection of Personal Data – TYPE OF PROVISION AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

This includes but is not limited to data such as the name and surname, the e-mail address, the postal address or other physical address, as well as other information needed to contact the user, qualification, date of birth, gender, occupation, business activity, personal interests, other information needed for the provision of the services requested by the user.
Access to the website takes place anonymously, unless the user has previously specified that s/he wishes “The Owner” to remember the user ID and password with which s/he registered on the website. “The Data Controller” does not perform automatic user data collection, including e-mail address. “The Owner” records the user’s IP address (Internet Protocol, ie the Internet address of the user’s computer) to get an idea on the area of the website that the user is visiting and the duration of the visit, in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data. Data Processing Purposes and Methods
“The Owner” processes the user’s personal data for the following general purposes: to satisfy requests related to specific products or services, to personalize the user’s visit on the website, to update the user on the latest news related to the services “The Owner”, or other information that “The Owner” believes are of interest to the user, and that comes from “The Owner” or his partners, and to better understand the user’s needs and offer him/her better services. The processing of personal data on the part of “The Owner” for the purposes above mentioned is in accordance with current regulations on data protection. The processing is carried out directly by the organization of the owner.

Data deliberately provided by users
• Personal Data: Name, Surname, email address and phone number. These data allow us to contact Users;
• Comments: When you post messages and reviews about the Services or you try to contact us, for example with a question, problem or comment, we collect information about you, including your name and the content of your request.
• Newsletters: When you want to receive updates on the latest posts published on the portal, you must enter an email in order to ensure that the newsletters reach your address. It will also contain links to unsubscribe from it.
• Interaction with support, feedback and social platforms including GooglePlus, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin.
• Displaying content from external platforms such as YouTube
Scope of disclosure and Location of Processing
The user’s personal data will not be communicated outside “The Owner” world without the agreement of the interested party, subject to the following.
Within “The Owner” organisation, the data shall be stored on controlled servers to which access is limited in compliance with prevailing law on the protection of personal data. The servers (located in different areas of Europe including Italy and Berlin) we use are managed by Italian Hosting such as Euroland, Tophost, Giga, Aruba.
DURATION OF PROCESSING
The processing has a duration that shall not be longer than the time required to fulfill the purposes for which the data has been collected in compliance with applicable provisions of law.
If the user does not wish to receive cookies while browsing the site, he/she can program his/her browser in order to be warned before accepting cookies and reject them when the browser notify their presence. The user can also refuse all cookies by disabling them in his/her browser, although in this way the user would not be able to fully benefit from the advantages of that site. The user can request cancellation using the newsletter, can limit the dissemination of his/her email or in general of his/her profile to other subscribers. The following website is designed to be used also by youngers under the age of 18 as it presents purely educational and cultural contents. Therefore, the user’s age of majority is not required during registration.

Right of access personal data and other rights
The concerned party declares to assume all responsibility for the truthfulness of the data communicated through our website and requests for access, integration, correction, opposition, cancellation.
